The Wild Body

  This trail is all about functional strength, confidence, and joyful movementβ€”at every age. Whether you're building endurance, reconnecting with your body, or helping your kids develop lifelong wellness habits, Wild Body programs blend physical fitness with real-life power.


The Wild Method: A full-spectrum wellness experience for kids and teens. Each 90-minute session includes:

  • A high-energy, functional circuit workout
  • A guided journaling prompt for emotional release or reflection
  • A nutritious, fun post-workout snack

This holistic approach nurtures strength in body, mind, and soul.


Other Wild Body Offerings:

  • Personal & Small Group Training (adults)
  • PE for Homeschool Pods (movement + games + education)
  • Playground Legends (Dodge ball, Kickball, and more)
  • Wanderers Trail Class (Seasonal)
  • Nutrition Coaching

Wild Roots

 Root yourself in creativity, nature, and hands-on learning. Wild Roots programs blend DIY exploration, backyard skills, and science with everyday magic.


Gypsy Glow DIY –  A hands-on workshop where nature meets self-care. Participants create their own natural body-care products like lip balm, scrubs, and lotions using non-toxic, earth-friendly ingredients.  Gypsy Glow is more than a DIY classβ€”it’s a space for connection, creativity, and grounding. Perfect for all ages with custom themes like:


  • Mommy & Me Glow Lab – A playful bonding experience with easy, safe recipes for little hands.
  • Girls’ Night Out – Sip, stir, and blend while connecting with friends and making luxurious natural goodies.
  • Seasonal Glow – Winter skin balms, summer scrubs, or holiday gift kits with a wellness twist.


Gypsy Kitchen: Waste Nothing Edition – A creative, family-friendly workshop focused on reducing food waste and making the most of what we have. Coming Soon!

Wild Soul (Woven In)

 You won’t always see this listedβ€”but you’ll feel it everywhere. Wild Soul is the thread that ties our movement, creativity, and connection together. It’s about showing up fully, reflecting deeply, and honoring the sacred wild within.

 

  • Journaling prompts during The Wild Method
     
  • Breathwork or mantras
     
  • Seasonal themes like β€œRecenter,” β€œRise,” or β€œRoot”
     
  • Soul Resets (coming soon or optional add-ons)
     

Grow Wild (Youth Programs)

Two Options:

  • Trailblazers Our signature all-in-one experience for ages 6–14. Each 5-hour session combines fitness, nature, science, survival skills, creative play, and mindset work in an immersive, drop-off environment. It’s a little wild, a little educational, lots of fun, and a BIG MESS.

 

  • Adventure Buds (Ages 4–5) A playful, age-appropriate version of Trailblazers designed for our youngest explorers. Adventure Buds blends hands-on STEM, movement games, creative projects, and nature play in a 3.5-hour session. It's the perfect first step on the wild trail.
